We are open, please call 210-590-9363 during our normal business hours, we'll assist you asap.

We are doing our best to supply our customers and departments with our excellent products, emergency vehicle/flashlight repair services, customer service and support, and to adhere to Bexar County guidelines of social distancing to keep our employees and customers safe.

Here is what you need to know when visiting SWPS.

Showroom

Closed for browsing, by appointment only. If you need equipment that cannot wait please let us know we will get you in to take care of the items you need. We are limiting who comes in, so please anyone that does not need to come into the showroom will be asked to remain in their vehicles.

Will Call / Curb side assistance, if you place your order on the phone or on our web site www.SWPS.com, when you arrive call us at 210-590-9363 and we will bring it out to you. Flashlight repairs will be handled as a curb side service, when you get to our location, please call and we will come to your vehicle for your flashlight. You can either wait and we will bring it back out to you or we will call you when it is ready and you can come back to pick it up later in the day.

> Our employees that can work remotely are currently working from home to keep our physical total of workers low.
> Our staff is regularly disinfecting and cleaning all surfaces and our employees wash their hands at the start, throughout and at the end of every shift.
> We're enforcing strict social distancing for our employees that are on-site and have encouraged our employees to stay home if they feel sick and get tested if needed.

Vehicle Services

Everyone needs to check in at the front door entrance, no exceptions!!!!

Entrance door will be locked so please call us at 210-590-9363 We will assist in getting your vehicle back for service or picked up after the repair. If you must wait for your vehicle to be repaired, you will be asked to wait in our customer waiting area instead of the showroom area.

As always, we are your source for emergency vehicle and flashlight repair/installation services, emergency equipment, safety equipment, protective cases and much more.
